When is Casual Play
Casual play sessions are only run on the weekend at our Minii location. This is for 6 years and under on Saturday and Sunday at 11-12 and 1:30-2:30. We do run casual play for 10 and under at our Big gym location on school holidays and public holidays only. Weekends at 24 Gympie Way is for birthdays ONLY, we except no walk ins.
When should i arrive for my birthday party?
When arriving for a birthday party, please come 15 minutes prior to your booking time. Please do not come any earlier as this time allows the previous party to clean up and leave the room. If you arrive any later, your play time can be cut short.
Can we go play after eating?
No. With birthday bookings, once you have used your 1 hour play time and have eaten you are not allowed back onto the gym floor. This makes sure our other birthday parties are un interrupted and there are no sick kids on the floor. If you’re looking for extra time, we provide an extra 15 minutes for a price of $50 which entails a coach playing games with the party on our back air floor for 15 minutes. This means that time will come out of your eating time, reducing it to only 45 minutes.
Where can i park?
We have a car park provided at our venue, however in peak times it can get full. In this case, you may park over at our Minii location as overflow but please do not park in other companies car parks.

Can i cancel my birthday party Booking?
If by unfortunate circumstances, you cannot make it to your booked birthday party you may cancel. If decided less than 48 hours after booking is made, we can provide you with your refund OR a rescheduled booking. If decided after this time frame, we can not guarantee we can give you a refund for your deposit.
Do we need to bring socks?
No. On the Jungle gym floor all children must have no shoes and no socks. This is to prevent slipping on mats and losing socks in the foam pit.
Are decorations and food provided for birthday bookings?
No. We do not provide any food or decorations for birthday party bookings. You must provide it at your own expense. All we provide is the room and kitchen appliances.
What equipment do we have in the kitchen?
Our kitchens are fully equiped with a sink, fridge and freezer, oven, stovetop, air fryer, microwave and kettle.
Where is Jungle Gym located?
Jungle gym is located in Willetton. Both our main gym and mini gym are a walking distance from each other. So in the case that you show up to the wrong gym, not to worry, it’s a 30 second walk.
How is an activity session structured?
Our activity sessions only run during school holidays and is similar to a structured gymnastics class. We start with a warm up and introducing basic gymnastics skills. We then split up into groups and rotate around circuits that demonstrate gym skills such as forward rolls, front tucks, cartwheels, and handstands.
Can i bring a piñata?
No. Please do not bring a piñata to your jungle gym birthday party.
Can i bring a party to Casual Play?
No. Our casual play is strictly free play time, there will be no large group bookings allowed where you can play and eat in a chosen room. If you’re looking for a birthday party please refer to our weekend birthdays on our website.
Can parents go on equipment?
No parents are allowed on the Jungle Gym equipment. This is for safety reasons and includes all inflatables, trampolines and foam pits.
Can i bring my 6 year old to toddler play?
No, our toddler play is strictly 5 and under and is implemented for financial reasons.
What is the difference between Minii and Big Gym?
The difference between our Big gym and Minii Gym is the age groups. Especially for gymnastics classes, our big gym is suitable for 7-11 years of age and our Minii gym is suitable for ages 6 and under. On weekends our Big gym is purely for birthday parties and we do not expect casual walk ins. However, our minii gym does provide casual play on Saturday and Sunday at 11-12 and 1:30-2:30pm.
Can we drink alcohol on the premises?
This is a strict NO. Jungle gym is a children’s play centre and therefore we have no tolerance for parents drinking alcohol.
Which party rooms do i choose?
We have a wide variety of party rooms and they all depend on how many guests you are planning on having. Each party room can hold up to a certain amount of guests. How do i clean up after my birthday party booking?
We ask that you please begin cleaning up 15 minutes before your party time is expected to end. This entails vacuuming, wiping down tables, cleaning the kitchen and benches and packing away the chairs. Please use the vacuum and cleaning essentials provided to clean your party room.
Do we provide trial classes?
Yes. If you are considering joining our Jungle Gym gymnastics program but are still unsure. Feel free to come on down and pay $25 for a trial class.
What is the standard party package?
If you are looking to book for a birthday party and wondering what we provide. You will book for a party room to which is yours for 2 hours, one hour of that is playing on the floor and the other hour is eating and making use of the party room. Upon booking you are required to pay a $100 deposit and the rest of your booking payment is required at the end of your party up at our front desk.
