Beginner Gymnastics
All classes focus on advanced balance, flexibility and power, as well as endurance, agility and strength activities. Technical skills include; handstands, cart wheels, hand springs, head springs and back-flips.
Our students are taught the 3 phases of a skill;
- Take Off – Utilising the trampolines
- Flight, or spatial awareness. Correct body positioning taught by our coaches and learnt through repetition.
- Landings – Correct safe landings, the result of correct flight.

Term Fee: (Term 2, 2024 – 11 week term – one class per week)

Advanced Gymnastics
Once your gymnast has mastered a backflip, front sault and headspring by themselves they are invited to join our Superhero Transformation Class.
In this session, we will be extending their skills. After all, what’s better than one backflip……rows of backflips..These classes focus on improving gymnastic prowess, developing power, discipline and agility. Presentation, perfecting techniques and introducing more difficult skills on floor; on apparatas and learn to connect skills fluently
Greater focus will be on transforming their strength to match The Hulk’s and flexibility range to Elastigirl’s. After all, a Gymnast is just a Superhero in disguise!
